Caroline is a highly engaged vocational rehabilitation professional with over 20-years’ experience including disability case management, vocational rehabilitation, people and program management, behavioral and leadership coaching.
She spent 10 years with Banyan Work Health Solutions where she designed, implemented and managed behavioral programs and led a great team of rehabilitation consultants located across Canada.
In the recent years, Caroline was actively involved in helping major Australian insurance business move from a medicalized and transactional model toward functional best practices by completing auditing reviews and coaching all levels of Disability Management teams.
She was successful at helping Case Managers develop their insight and improve the integration of case management best practices as well as helping Team Leaders and Team Managers improve in becoming better coaches for their teams. She was also successful at shifting the culture and dynamic of a disability management department.
Caroline holds a degree in Physical Rehabilitation Therapy, is an International Coaching Association Masteries Practitioner, a certified Agile Coach, PGAP certified and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation certified specialist. She is also very active in her community hosting Chronic pain support groups for the Quebec Chronic Pain Association and publishes articles on social medias.
She is member in good standing of the Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec and the International Association of Coaching.
